People’s Budget Portal demo

How we handle your details

This demo is run by Stride Technologies Corp. It is separate from any city’s real portal.

What we collect: When you set up a demo: your LGU (or organisation), your name and your position. As you use it: which steps you reached and when. If you fill in “Tell us more about your LGU”: your answers, your email, and your mobile number and note if you give them. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also counts page visits without your name.
Why: To set up and run your demo, and so Stride Technologies can follow up with you about bringing the People’s Budget Portal to your LGU. We do not sell it or use it for anything else.
Who sees it: Stride Technologies’ team. Your details are kept in Stride’s own systems: the demo’s database, a spreadsheet of demo visits and Stride’s sales records. Nobody else using the demo can see your portal or anything you type into it.
How long we keep it: What you create in the demo is deleted 7 days after your last visit. Your contact details and answers are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Your seal: A seal you upload stays in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
Your rights: Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@stridetech.ph and we will act on it.
